Packaging Supervisor

About the role

We're partnering with one of the largest food manufacturers in the United States to hire a Packaging Supervisor for a high-volume bakery operation in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support packaging team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ensure production schedules and packaging goals are achieved safely and efficiently
• Drive food safety, quality, and employee safety initiatives
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and all regulatory requirements
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for results
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

Requirements

• Bakery manufacturing experience is required; bun production experience is highly preferred
• Previous supervisory experience within food, beverage, bakery, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
• Knowledge of packaging equipment, manufacturing processes, and production operations
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities

Benefits

• $75,000–$80,000 base salary
• 10% annual bonus
• Two weeks of vacation
