Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, Your Mission Is To Drive Growth By Uncovering Customer Needs And Crafting Packaging Solutions That Add Real Value.
You’ll Build and expand a portfolio of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate packaging challenges with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal experts and our build team to deliver innovative, customer-focused results.
Guide customers through the process—from concept to final product—ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.
Your Background & Experience
- A genuine passion for helping customers grow through partnership and collaboration
- A track record of business development success and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Strong critical thinking skills and self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay
NY Pay: Base pay starts at $80,000 annually with additional compensation through commission.
