We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Business Unit Overview, Location Description, Responsibilities (two parts: Why You Want to Work at Post (benefits) and then actual responsibilities), Qualifications. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have Business Unit Overview (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be overview of role? But we have Business Unit Overview and Location Description. Could combine into "About the role" maybe? However guidelines: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have Business Unit Overview (company description) and Location Description (facility). Could be "About the role" maybe not exactly. Could use "About the company" but not in allowed list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have responsibilities content. We have qualifications content. We have benefits list (Why You Want to Work at Post). That's benefits. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe combine Business Unit Overview + Location Description). Responsibilities (the operational duties). Benefits (the list). Qualifications (the qualifications). Possibly Skills? Not separate; qualifications includes skills. Could omit Skills if not distinct. We must not create Pay or Schedule unless posting actually states them. There's schedule: J Shift: 5:30pm-5:50am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: there is "Target 7.5% annual bonus". That's pay-related. Also maybe base pay not given. But we have bonus. Should we include Pay section? The posting mentions bonus, but not base salary. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state bonus (target 7.5% annual bonus) and schedule. So we can include Pay and Schedule sections. Benefits: we have list of benefits (PTO, bonus, facility, tuition assistance, wellness program, PPE, uniforms, 401k match, medical/dental/vision/life/disability). So Benefits section. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content: Business Unit Overview: paragraph about Post Consumer Brands, headquartered, brands, etc. Location Description: paragraph about Asheboro plant, modern tech, size, team members, produce Oreo Puff's cereal, location near ocean and mountains. Responsibilities (Why You Want to Work at Post): list bullet points: 3 weeks PTO for new hires, Target 7.5% annual bonus, Clean and highly automated facility, Air‑conditioned plant, Free take‑home cereal, Tuition assistance, Wellness program with quarterly cash payout, PPE provided or reimbursed by the company, Uniforms provided and cleaned by the company, 401(k) with 6% match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability benefits. Then actual responsibilities paragraph: "This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment, supporting materials and product flow, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The position requires strong mechanical skills and good decision‑making to identify and correct routine upset conditions while following all quality, safety, and sanitation standards. J Shift: 5:30pm-5:50am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance and minimize downtime. Perform equipment changeovers, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on all related equipment. Conduct reliability tests such as metal detector and scale checks for food safety and quality assurance. Perform quality checks on raw ingredients, in‑process materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Accurately collect and record production data, samples, waste, downtime, and other required information. Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly work areas; conduct sanitation audits and develop action plans for issues. Identify and correct routine or repetitive upset conditions in a safe and timely manner. Support shipping, receiving, storage, staging, and material/supply replenishment. Coordinate and support shift activities and communicate key information between team members and shifts. Assist in other production or plant areas and participate in training, team activities, and special projects. Perform required audits and support compliance with SOPs and regulatory and safety requirements. Review and understand production reports to plan ahead and help maximize team and equipment efficiency." Qualifications: list bullet points: High School Diploma or GED. 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or related experience is a plus. Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate all related production equipment. Ability to follow detailed work instructions or work direction. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to work within a team environment and build positive professional relationships. Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English. Ability to problem‑solve entry‑level problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where standardizations/alternatives exist. Ability to work scheduled shifts; standing, kneeling, climbing, and walking for extended periods; repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds; repeated twisting, bending, and reaching; exposure to hot/humid environments, heights up to 30 ft., ladders, and confined spaces. Good work history and acceptable attendance. Competencies: Communication Skills: Writing & Listening Skills, Training Skills Execution Skills: Results Oriented, Problem Solving People Skills: Team Building Personal Behaviors: Flexibility & Initiative We need to separate sections. Potential sections: - About the role: combine Business Unit Overview + Location Description (maybe two paragraphs). Could be one

containing both? Might be better two

but still under same heading. - Responsibilities: the actual duties (the long list). Could be

    • for each duty. - Benefits: the list of benefits (Why You Want to Work at Post). Could be
      • . - Qualifications: the qualifications list (including competencies). Could be
        • for each bullet, maybe separate competencies as sublist? But we can just list each bullet. - Schedule: the shift info: "J Shift: 5:30pm-5:50am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule". Could be

. - Pay: "Target 7.5% annual bonus". Could be

. Also maybe mention bonus as part of Pay. But note that bonus also appears in Benefits list (Why You Want to Work at Post). Actually the benefits list includes "Target 7.5% annual bonus". So we might duplicate if we also put in Pay. To avoid duplication, we should keep bonus only once. The Benefits section already includes bonus. So Pay section may be redundant. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Since bonus is already in Benefits, we could omit Pay section. However the rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state bonus, but we already have Benefits section covering it. If we omit Pay, we still have bonus represented. That's fine. Schedule: we have shift info; we could include Schedule section with that info. Could also embed schedule in Responsibilities paragraph (it appears there). But better to extract to Schedule section to avoid duplication. However the responsibilities paragraph includes "J Shift: 5:30pm-5:50am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule". If we move that to Schedule section, we should remove it from responsibilities paragraph to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in Schedule and remove from responsibilities. However the responsibilities paragraph also includes other duties; we can keep the rest. Thus: - About the role: two paragraphs (Business Unit Overview, Location Description). - Responsibilities: list of duties (excluding the shift line). We'll need to parse duties from the responsibilities paragraph after removing the shift line. Let's extract duties list: Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance and minimize downtime. Review and understand production reports to plan ahead and help maximize team and equipment efficiency. Also earlier sentence: "This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment, supporting materials and product flow, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The position requires strong mechanical skills and good decision‑making to identify and correct routine upset conditions while following all quality, safety, and sanitation standards." That's more prose; could be a

before the list. Thus Responsibilities section: a

          with that introductory sentence, then

          • for each duty. Benefits: list from Why You Want to Work at Post (excluding bonus? but bonus is there). We'll keep all. Qualifications: list of bullet points. Could separate into two parts: basic qualifications and competencies. We'll just list each bullet as
          • . For competencies, we could make a nested list? But spec says use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Competencies is a list; we can treat as
              • . Might be okay. Schedule:

with shift info. We must not include any empty sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
