Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment, including but not limited to:
- Carton erectors
- Partition inserters
- Production inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
- Foil dispensers
- Top closers
- Palletization equipment
- Perform manual tasks such as:
- Loading, building, and making boxes
- Hand packaging of bottles
- Loading labels
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle materials by loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers, or other raw materials.
- Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks.
- Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer).
- Apply correct labels and perform quality checks consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects.
- Maintain housekeeping and perform autonomous maintenance.
Performance metrics include:
- Labeling Accuracy: Maintain a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.
- Quality Control Compliance: Perform all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures.
- Line clearance accuracy.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Capable of lifting 55 pounds and standing for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
- High cleanliness standards for machines and work area.
