What You’ll Do
- Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
- Complete emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned.
- Support facility maintenance needs, including structural and exterior repairs, and assist with complex maintenance projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.
- Strong working knowledge of equipment controls, manufacturing technologies, and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and exercise sound judgment when responding to issues.
- High school diploma or GED required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms, with occasional sitting and reaching.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and perform tasks at elevated heights when required.
- Exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Daily work in a refrigerated production environment.
