Packaging /Machine Operator- Dupont Schedule

Operation of high-speed PE bagging lines, observation of machine equipment and condition, monitoring packaging for quality, production output and uniformity, and loading sea bulk containers using a bulk‑loading canon.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate various computerized and manual packaging equipment in accordance with internal SOPs.
• Supply machines with necessary materials while maintaining output quality.
• Perform simple operational duties to run and maintain an FF&S packaging line.
• Complete required checklists on paper or digital media.
• Enter data into the WMS system (Fast Field).
• Provide training and other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Follow all applicable SOPs, JLA’s, and company policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work environment and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations.
• Be available to work on free days or when contacted.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English.
• Experience on packaging lines for FF&S bags.
• Experience with other types of plastics packaging lines.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift 25 kg bags.
• Prior machine‑operator experience within the last five years (preferred).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic data‑entry ability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to perform multi‑tasking jobs.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.
