Packaging Line Associate

What You’ll Do

• Assemble specialty seasoning kits according to detailed work instructions
• Accurately pack seasoning products into boxes
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Verify correct items, quantities, and packaging components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines
• Communicate any material, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional packaging or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred — but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Bend, reach, and twist as required

Work Environment

• Warehouse and packaging line setting
• Moderate noise levels
• Fast-paced production environment
