About the Role

Join a leading chemical manufacturing team as a Packaging Associate! In this hands-on role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment packaging products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work with a great team, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Packaging products including batching, labeling, capping, boxing, stacking, and wiping.
• Handling boxes, jugs, and other packaging materials.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Performing regular lifting and handling of materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Following all site conduct, safety, and environmental protection rules.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED (must be verified).
• Ability to work 10–12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical & Safety Requirements

Ability to wear a respirator and work in high-noise areas (PPE provided). Forklift operation may be required.

Interview Process

• In-person interviews.
• Drug screen and medical clearance performed on-site after interview.
• Conditional start possible after clear drug screen.
