Packaging Equipment Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Equipment Engineer to support packaging equipment projects, supplier coordination, and equipment installation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing packaging equipment projects and working with suppliers to ensure successful equipment implementation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of packaging equipment solutions with equipment suppliers.
• Manage equipment suppliers during equipment build and testing phases.
• Coordinate and support new packaging equipment installation at the site.
• Assist with packaging equipment efficiency improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of packaging equipment project experience.
• Experience managing packaging equipment suppliers and installations.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting equipment troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
