About the role
Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Designer to join the Global Creative team. This role focuses on Partnerships, Collaborations, and Collectibles, helping bring some of the brand's most exciting product launches and cultural moments to life.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling packaging and product storytelling for collaborations, licensed partnerships, and collectible product launches.
- Translate partner narratives, product concepts, and cultural moments into thoughtful visual design and unboxing experiences.
- Implement Crocs design standards while creating unique and ownable expressions for each collaboration and special project.
- Deliver high-quality work across typography, layout, color, materials, and finishes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to take projects from concept through production while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Partnerships, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Create collectible experiences that drive excitement, engagement, and emotional connection with consumers and fans.
- Balance priorities, timelines, feedback, and approvals across multiple partnership and collectible launches.
- Explore new ideas by staying connected to trends in culture, design, packaging, collectibles, and emerging technologies.
- Present creative concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Communication Design, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design, or related creative fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual build skill and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI-enabled creative tools.
- Strong typographic, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience working within established brand systems while crafting outstanding campaigns or collaboration expressions.
- Understanding of packaging production processes, materials, and vendor collaboration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A curious, collaborative approach with a passion for culture, partnerships, collectibles, and consumer trends.
- Diligent with a dedication to high-quality execution.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000, with pay offered varying based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
Schedule
This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona. The Company participates in E-Verify. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
