Packaging - Darfill/Bulking

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Food Safety and Quality standards of Mini Melts USA
• Place raw materials into machines to aid the production process
• Assemble goods on an assembly line
• Attach labels
• Clean the equipment for manufacturing
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure that all products are made within spec
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure proper inventory is used, making sure first in, first out
• Follow SSOPs for cleaning all equipment to ensure all products are safe, and record all information
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Manager
• Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
• Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in cold and humid conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, lift, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Basic Math Skills
