Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in mastering packaging complexities. You'll identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, collaborate with our design team, and engage in final product adjustments.

Background and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience, particularly in consultative sales with medium to large businesses
• Experience with lengthy sales cycles (3 months to 2 years)
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and your schedule
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
