About the role

A Packaging Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our protein bars are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards before reaching customers.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack protein bars in accordance with company standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and packaging appearance.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any issues or concerns with packaging machinery or product quality.
• Assist in inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Schedule

• Day: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Swing: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Grave: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday - Friday

Pay

• Day: $15.00/hour
• Swing: $16.00/hour
• Grave: $17.00/hour
