Packaging Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to gain experience in packaging, inventory handling, and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
• Auxiliary in loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
