Packaging Assistant – Immediate Start

About the role

Draftomat is a professional landscaping and grounds maintenance company providing reliable services to residential and commercial properties. Our operations team supports field crews by ensuring tools, materials, and supplies are properly organized and prepared for daily projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package materials, supplies, and equipment for daily job assignments
• Label and organize items for efficient distribution and storage
• Absist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Inspect packaged items for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support warehouse and operations staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18 - $23 per hour
