Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Comparing product with product standards to ensure quality
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area
• Ensuring all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

Requirements

• 1 year (2–3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
• Ability to measure, package, and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications a plus
• Work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive hand actions for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Pay

Pay Range: $17—$17 USD

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position.
