About the role

We are hiring Packaging and Loading Technicians for our Youngsville, NC manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast-paced, financially sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Note: A satisfactory background check and negative drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety and quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Ensure finished work is neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace

Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• 2+ years of forklift experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience. Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
