Packager

Responsibilities

• Packaging order from the slot
• Putting merchandise in the box
• Sending it to the line (ship)
• Replenishing products for PTL machine for the next shift
• Organizing, tidying up, and cleaning your work area and equipment
• Reporting any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders
• Respecting the best practices and training guides in force on the job
• Cross training in other areas of the department
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a varied, fast-paced environment
• The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• The ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• The ability to follow all standards of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the distribution center
