About the role

Carolina Poly, Inc. in Chester, SC, produces several lines of plastic products including high‑quality trash bags and construction films. The new facility is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company offering growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Package and palletize plastic products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work space.
• Perform additional responsibilities and opportunities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Recent experience in an industrial, construction, or general labor job.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work night or day shifts as assigned by management.
• Willingness to learn and follow Carolina Poly processes and procedures.

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Yearly set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off with 12‑hour shifts. The days of the week worked rotate from week to week, and candidates must be available to work each day of the week.
