Packager

A Packager position at Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, located in Tulsa, OK.

About the role

This 1st shift position supports packaging production by maintaining proper table setup and training team members. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide leadership by example for all employees.
• Meet with and work with the table lead daily to support current and future production.
• Attain daily packaging schedule goals.
• Actively participate in process improvement projects aimed at cost savings in labor and materials.
• Assist with part packaging and quality assurance as required by Ameristar.
• Provide accurate daily production reports.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality products and services to meet packaging production expectations and physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some packaging experience preferred.
• Act responsibly and professionally in all dealings with Ameristar employees.
• Demonstrate passion for Ameristar policy, job responsibilities, and the company’s overall success.
• Show respect and loyalty to direct supervisors, team members, and all Ameristar management.
• Actively participate in departmental team-building and meetings.
• Able to carry out tasks with some supervision.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
