Responsibilities
- Assemble kits by locating, processing, and packaging customer parts while maintaining quality work.
- Operate shrink machine equipment, foam and bag machine, and poly bag equipment.
- Transact required job travelers and tickets.
- Perform Oracle and Dematic transactions to determine location and move to the assigned storage area.
- Contribute to exceeding dealer and customer expectations, supporting the overall success of the company.
This role has been designated by the Company as safety sensitive.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- Previous distribution center or warehouse experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in picking and assembling kits.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and cooperative, respectful work style.
- Willingness to go above and beyond job-specific tasks to support warehouse operations.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If overtime exists, the shift may start at 6:00 a.m. and include some mandatory Saturdays, as needed.
Pay
Hourly base pay: $23.64. Compensation is tailored to factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, and union designation.
