What You'll Do
- Support testing projects from start to finish by accurately executing laboratory testing services and collecting critical performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on package and distribution testing using specialized laboratory equipment.
- Collect and document testing data accurately and efficiently.
- Support both accredited and non-accredited testing projects.
- Maintain, organize, repair, and calibrate facility equipment as needed.
- Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
- Manage testing and laboratory records within company databases.
- Follow established procedures while taking initiative when challenges arise.
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and high-performing workplace.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, technical, or testing environments is a plus
Skills & Abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform physical laboratory testing activities
- Basic computer proficiency, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
