About the Role
This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment at a delivery station, preparing packages for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare packages for delivery
- Use technology to sort and scan orders
- Build and transport pallets and packages
- Receive truck deliveries
- Load trucks for final delivery
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
- Follow instructions in English
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Use carts, hand trucks, and other gear
- Work around moving vehicles and in varying temperatures
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled facilities with temperature variations
- Noise may be present; hearing protection available
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; safety footwear in some areas
