Package Handler (Warehouse like)

About the role

Fast-paced and physical warehouse work. Duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.

Part-time employees work one shift a day; full-time employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume—generally part-time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day, and full-time employees work between 6 and 10 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay

Starting wage: $18.20 per hour. Pay range for this position: $19.20 per hour, paid weekly.

The compensation listed reflects the pay range reasonably expected for this role. Actual pay is determined by factors such as experience, tenure, market level, location, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

In New Jersey, compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on their date of hire. Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits. Employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in educational assistance for tuition and other approved education expenses after completing 90 continuous days of employment.
