Package Handler - Part Time (Warehouse like)

About the role

Package Handlers are responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Sort packages according to destination and size.
• Ensure packages are properly secured and labeled.
• Handle a variety of package sizes and weights.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse or handling environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Competitive wages starting at $19.65 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Part time employees typically work between 3 and 6 hours a day, while full time employees can work between 6 and 10 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week.
