Package Handler - Part Time (Warehouse like)

About the role

Package Handlers are responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle packages of various sizes and weights.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort packages according to destination and size.
• Ensure packages are properly packed and secured for transport.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license (if required).
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $22.70 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are available for the early morning, running from 3 AM to 8:30 AM, on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Part-time employees typically work between 3 and 6 hours a day, while full-time employees can work between 6 and 10 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week.
