Responsibilities

• Part time employees work one shift a day
• Full time employees work two shifts
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week

Schedule

Shift lengths vary based on package volume, generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

Pay

Pay Range: $17.60-$20.60

Pay Transparency

In New Jersey, any compensable security and walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage. Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on their date of hire. Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits.
