Package Handler - Part Time (Warehouse like)

About the role

Package Handlers are responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Sort packages according to destination and size
• Handle packages of varying weights and sizes
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ensure packages are properly secured during transport
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Basic computer skills (optional)
• Valid driver’s license (optional)

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay

Pay Range: $19.90-20.90/hr effective 9/28/2025

Schedule

Part time employees typically work between 3 and 6 hours a day, while full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. Shift lengths vary based on package volume. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week.
