About the role
Lead end-to-end package design development for new and existing consumer packaged goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end package design development for new and existing products, including dielines, typography, layout, color, and final production files.
- Review and apply label data from R&D, including cooking directions, ingredient lists, and Nutrition Facts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Route artwork for cross-functional review with R&D, Sales, and Marketing and incorporate feedback through approval cycles.
- Ensure all packaging complies with FDA labeling rules and any country-specific regulations for export items.
- Develop secondary packaging concepts from ideation sketches to digital drafts and color schemes, through to press-ready proofs.
- Support brand assets such as logo refinements, packaging photography coordination, and visual guidelines aligned with market trends.
- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with vendors on proofs, color targets, substrates, and finishing to ensure on-press accuracy.
- Maintain version control, asset libraries, and documentation for audits and regulatory reference.
Requirements
- Bilingual – English and Korean (highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of packaging design experience in CPG or food and beverage (preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with packaging-specific tools and color management (Pantone, CMYK, spot colors).
- Strong understanding of FDA labeling, Nutrition Facts formatting, and print production processes including dielines and prepress.
- Excellent attention to detail, file organization, and proofreading skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Pay
$59,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year, based on experience (non-exempt).
