Package Delivery Driver

About the role

As a UPS package delivery driver, you’ll drive one of our iconic UPS brown trucks, delivering packages to businesses and homes in your community. This job will keep you active in a fast-paced environment, working indoors and outdoors. Our drivers are friendly and prioritize safety while behind the wheel and with customers.

Full-time package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day, and workdays can vary (Tuesday - Saturday) or (Monday - Friday) depending on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to businesses and homes
• Operate a UPS brown truck safely and efficiently
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

Requirements

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state; proof required to qualify for the position)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $23.00/hour.
