Package Delivery Driver

About the role

As a UPS package delivery driver, you’ll drive one of our iconic UPS brown trucks, delivering packages to businesses and homes in your community. This job will keep you active in a fast-paced environment, working indoors and outdoors. Our drivers are friendly and prioritize safety while behind the wheel and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive UPS brown trucks and deliver packages to businesses and homes.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain safety while driving and interacting with customers.
• Provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state – proof required).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company‑provided uniform.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $23.00/hour.

Schedule

Full‑time package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day, and workdays can vary (Tuesday – Saturday) or (Monday – Friday) depending on business needs.
