Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored Salesforce CRM solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings and deep platform expertise.
• Guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management programs to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize the implemented Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions to address their business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions, including LWC and integration.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• Experience in developing tailored solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.
• Experience in conducting system testing, user acceptance, and change management programs to ensure a successful implementation.
• Experience in guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrating Salesforce solutions with other systems and applications, leveraging APIs and data migration tools to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
• Experience in developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Salesforce solutions and provide personalized user experiences.
• Experience in applying Waterfall methodology principles to manage and deliver Salesforce projects, ensuring a structured and predictable approach to software development.
