About the role
The Hearing Aid Specialist at Pacific Hearing in Albany, OR is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing care services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service new and used hearing aids from Pacific Hearing’s extensive inventory.
- Perform hearing tests and consultations to assess patient hearing needs.
- Clean and maintain hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide education on hearing health and assistive listening devices.
- Manage inventory and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the hearing aid industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hearing disorders and treatment options.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
