About the Role
Provide primary care coordination and delivery at designated sites under the supervision of a Practice Site Physician.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical histories and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Triage patient calls and manage emergencies
- Support educational programs for patients and staff
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with interdisciplinary care coordination and referrals
Qualifications & Skills
- Work within the approved scope of practice for Physician Assistants
- Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and healthcare teams
- Adhere to clinical protocols and evidence-based guidelines
- Maintain current licenses and certifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
