Description
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Board-Certified Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery team in a dynamic, high-acuity environment at their Level I Trauma Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team, gaining exposure to a wide range of complex orthopedic trauma cases while enjoying strong clinical support and a collaborative culture. New graduates will be considered.
Job Requirements
- Monday – Friday; minimum 45-50 hours a week
- Call 4-5x a month; 12 weekends a year
- 50% OR, 25% Rounding, 25% Clinic
- Established team of 4 APPs
- Candidate must demonstrate strong teamwork and flexibility due to the demands of the position
- Manage and assist with all types of fractures and orthopedic trauma cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons on inpatient care and surgical cases
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong support
- ATLS required and can be obtained after start
