About the role
American Senior Benefits gives insurance professionals independence without having to build alone. We are a national insurance distribution organization representing 225+ carriers, giving our agents the ability to help clients across Medicare, life insurance, retirement and other protection needs rather than being limited to a single company or product. You’ll have access to established systems, training, experienced mentorship and marketing opportunities while building a business and client relationships of your own. We are expanding throughout Milford, Pike County and the surrounding area and are looking for people who want meaningful work, greater control over their income and the opportunity to build something long term.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and speaking with prospective clients
- Educating clients about Medicare, life insurance and retirement solutions
- Comparing options from multiple insurance carriers
- Helping clients complete applications and enrollments
- Developing new business through ASB marketing programs, referrals and community relationships
- Providing exceptional ongoing service and building a long-term client base
This is consultative sales. Your job isn’t to push one company’s product. It’s to understand the client, explain the choices and help them make a good decision.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking with people
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to organize your schedule and follow through with clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license — or the willingness to obtain one
No previous insurance experience required.
Pay
USD $41,500.00 - USD $101,000.00 /Yr. (compensation packages are fully customizable to fit your goals and needs)
