About The Role We’re looking for a Production Assistant / Driver to join our production team and help keep our shoots running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that combines production support, transportation, equipment handling, and on-set assistance. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with producers, directors, talent, and crew to support everything from pre-production preparation to shoot-day logistics. What You’ll Do Provide general production assistance before, during, and after shootsDrive team members, talent, equipment, and production materials to and from locationsSafely load, unload, transport, and organize production equipment and suppliesAssist with setting up and breaking down production areas and equipmentRun production-related errands, including picking up and dropping off equipment, props, wardrobe, and suppliesHelp prepare studios and locations for filmingKeep production areas, vehicles, and equipment organized and cleanAssist producers and crew with on-set needs throughout the dayHelp move equipment and materials between locations as neededAssist with basic grip, lighting, or camera equipment when neededSupport talent and crew with production-related requestsHelp with general production logistics and last-minute needsFollow all production safety procedures and set protocolsBe flexible and willing to jump in wherever the production team needs support What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Production Assistant, Driver, Runner, or similar role preferredValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordComfortable driving throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areasReliable, punctual, and highly organizedComfortable lifting, carrying, and moving production equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stay calm and resourceful in a fast-paced production environmentProactive attitude with a willingness to take initiativeStrong attention to detailFlexible and adaptable to changing production needsProfessional and positive attitudeAvailable to work flexible hours based on production schedules, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends Nice to Have Previous experience working on commercial, branded, social media, or lifestyle productionsFamiliarity with film and production equipmentBasic knowledge of grip, lighting, or camera equipmentExperience working in a production studio or agency environmentKnowledge of Los Angeles locations and production logisticsExperience driving larger vehicles or transporting production equipment Why High Scale?
