PA-Delivery Driver Part-Time

Part-time position based in King of Prussia, PA, reporting to Dan Mueller.

About the role

Delivery Drivers at Grön are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. As a delivery driver, you not only deliver products but also deliver excellence—one of our core values. You will be a repeated touchpoint for many customers each month, helping to maintain and grow our brand relationships across Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers
• Manage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry
• Process payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels
• Commitment to staying in compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
• Experience handling payments and reconciling invoices
• Demonstrated integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your role
• Ability to adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm

Pay

$22/hour.
