P6 Scheduler

In this role, you’ll develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules—partnering closely with Project Management and Project Controls to track performance, analyze impacts, and keep work moving on time and on budget. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules
• Schedule performance monitoring (variance tracking) and clear, consistent status reporting to the Project Manager
• Critical Path Analysis and activity-level evaluation to support on-time, on-budget completion
• Forecast delays and evaluate alternative schedule scenarios
• Lead schedule update and review meetings
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities
• Analyze schedule impacts from change orders or scope modifications

Requirements

• Primavera P6 scheduling expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong command of CPM concepts and calculations
• Ability to develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Highly articulate with a clear, analytical problem-solving approach and strong decision-making ability

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience supporting cost/schedule integration
• Exposure to integrating and aligning contractor schedules
• Familiarity collaborating with Project Controls to support accurate progress measurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6
