About the role
We are seeking P/T Retail Store Associates who embody the spirit of innovation and creativity. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for sports and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create an emotional connection with customers by being a dedicated and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that may vary based on business needs.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Three to six months’ experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications
- Highly creative and able to find inspiration in unexpected places.
- Confident and capable of connecting ideas and concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service protocols.
