About the role

We are seeking P/T Retail Store Associates who embody the spirit of innovation and creativity. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for sports and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Create an emotional connection with customers by being a dedicated and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
  • Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Part-time hours that may vary based on business needs.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Three to six months’ experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications

  • Highly creative and able to find inspiration in unexpected places.
  • Confident and capable of connecting ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service protocols.
