About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.

  • Build relationships and work effectively with your team to achieve a common goal.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Part-time, variable hours based on business needs.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Three to six months' experience working in a retail environment preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.

Qualifications

  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Frequent standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Sometimes required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus required.
