We also offer restoration services for water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation on Oahu.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in any type of weather.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas: sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces; empty trash receptacles; and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Commit to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
• Clean office, storage, and docking areas.
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and sanitized.
• Utilize a vacuum for indoor cleaning.
• Operate a forklift once HBM training has been successfully completed.
• Operate a pressure washing machine, leaf blower, ride-on, and/or ride-behind machine.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor.

Requirements

• Must pass HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, or related fields preferred, but not required.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is preferred.
• Strong public relations and communication skills.
• Capable of performing basic manual labor, including frequently lifting, pushing, pressing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs. (up to 50 lbs.), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairways, using elevators, climbing ladders, and standing throughout shifts.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Sunday: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (16 hours weekly).
