About the role

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (hours vary by location)
• Locations: Manassas and Woodbridge

The right candidate will:

• Be committed to upholding standards for high quality child care at every level
• Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
• Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings
• Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience working in a licensed child care facility
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• CDA, Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, Elementary Education, or related; or Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor’s degree program
• Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience or education in physical education or sports medicine

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.00+ per hour. The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
