About the role

This role is responsible for servicing client accounts, processing policy documentation, and supporting day-to-day insurance operations. You will work with a variety of aviation clients and play a key role in ensuring accurate policy handling and a high level of client service. While aviation experience is not required, candidates must have a basic foundation in property and casualty insurance and prior experience in an insurance servicing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with policy servicing needs, including applications, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries
• Review new and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process and manage insurance documentation, including ACORD forms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system
• Document all client interactions and activities within internal systems
• Assist with renewal processing and collection of required underwriting information
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient and accurate account servicing

Requirements

• Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and terminology
• Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience working with ACORD forms is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting policy servicing, endorsements, or renewals is preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• If not currently licensed, ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire (paid for by Acrisure)

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $19 - $23 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This role requires an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
