Responsibilities

Attract, retain, and grow!

• Attract new prospects/customers, continually retain your existing book of business and continue to grow it year after year.
• Overall client relationship management – Responsible for maintaining the client relationship at the highest level.
• Cook up all risk management services. This includes renewals, claims reviews, and loss control meetings – The Insurance Brokers service team handles these tasks, the producer is responsible for coordinating the delivery.
• Responsible for new business development by soliciting accounts that meet Novacore's revenue thresholds.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate solutions to all clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with new business team to identify coverage or service deficiencies in a prospects policies and process.
• Identify target niches and build a book of business around those specific industries.
• Become a subject matter expert in these niches.
• Join associations geared toward targeted industry and attend networking opportunities.
• Focus time and efforts on driving new revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales preferred.
• Prior experience within Insurance.
• Experience in defined niches preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and product knowledge.
• Strong presentation skills.
