About the Opportunity:The P&C INSURANCE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST is responsible for processing routine insurance tasks while meeting quality and time standards. This role supports service delivery by operating client systems, collaborating with team members, and ensuring adherence to security policies. The position contributes to maintaining efficient client service and internal team goals. Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emailComplete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management SystemSupport senior specialists and account managers with service-related issuesCollaborate with offshore service delivery teams and provide feedbackIndependently operate client and carrier systems and document workAdhere to established procedures to meet quality and security standardsCollaborate with coworkers and supervisors to fulfill client needs and team objectives Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentCurrent Property and Casualty License requiredMinimum 2 years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.)Professional customer service or processing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong attention to detail and process focusAbility to learn and navigate multiple client and internal systems Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range is $18.91 to $31.92 per hour, varying by experience and geographic locationIncludes eligibility for annual bonus and benefits Benefits & Perks:Generous paid time off plan including holidays and floating holidays100% paid employee healthcare starting Day 1Medical, dental, and vision benefits available from Day 1401(k) plan with employer match, vested on Day 1 Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
