About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance in construction projects.
- Congruently coordinate with contractors to maintain high safety standards.
- Manage safety training programs for project teams.
- Address and resolve safety concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
