Owner's Rep Project Manager - Data Center
Description
Project Management: Serve as the Owner's Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale/mission-critical data center development project
Team Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
Schedule Management: Review and evaluate construction schedules, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
Quality Control: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies related to budget, schedule, and execution.
Documentation: Facilitate meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all project teams.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- 8-10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects within one or more of the following sectors: Data Centers (highly preferred), Mission-Critical Facilities, Manufacturing Facilities, Semiconductor Facilities, Laboratories, High-Rise Construction, Multifamily Developments, Large Civil or Site Development Projects
- Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative firm and/or a General Contractor
- Strong knowledge of site development, civil construction, building systems, and overall project delivery processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on project objectives
- High-energy, hands-on problem solver capable of driving projects forward with minimal oversight
