Owner Operators - Solo/Teams - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

J. Boren & Sons is seeking qualified owner operators to join their team. They offer percentage rates at any time and are currently hiring for solo and team positions.

Responsibilities

• Earn $3,450 per week + FSC for solo owner operators
• Earn $7,975 per week + FSC for team owner operators
• Receive $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Get $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring their truck to class (no trailer needed)
• Enjoy 100% no touch freight
• Pets are allowed

• Receive new trailers, dedicated lanes, and weekly home time
• Have 24/7 dispatch and drop and hook service

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• Have 2 years of experience
• Own their own truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests

Qualifications

Drivers must be able to drive an average of 2,500 miles per week for solo owners and 5,500 miles per week for teams.

Schedule

Most drivers stay out 10-14 days per week.

Pay varies based on position type:

• Solo owner operators earn $3,450 per week + FSC
• Team owner operators earn $7,975 per week + FSC
