Owner Operators - Solo/Teams - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

J. Boren & Sons is seeking qualified owner operators to take advantage of the market when it's hot. Switch to our percentage rates at any time!

Responsibilities

• Earn $3,450 per week + FSC for solo owner operators
• Earn $7,975 per week + FSC for team owner operators
• Average 2,500 miles per week for solo owner operators
• Average 5,500 miles per week for team owner operators
• Receive $300 reimbursement for orientation
• Offer $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring a truck to class (no trailer needed)
• Enjoy 100% no touch freight

• Participate in profit sharing programs for fleet owners with 2+ trucks

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age with a valid CDL A
• Must have 2 years of experience
• Must own their own truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
• No more than 3 non DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests

Pay for team owner operators: $7,975 per week + FSC
